Our Story
Aroma is owned and run by head chef Suad, whose years working in Italian restaurants across the North East helped shape his vision for the restaurant.
When the opportunity came to take over the premises in Ryton, Suad set about creating something different. The restaurant was reimagined, focusing on quality ingredients, traditional Italian cooking and a more relaxed dining experience.
Today, Aroma remains proudly family-run, serving Italian favourites alongside changing specials, with the same relaxed atmosphere and friendly service that has helped build a loyal following.
